These Terms govern your use of fxcorecrm.com and the products provided by FXCore CRM (“FXCoreCRM”, “we”, or “us”) — including our CRM, Client Portal, Copy Trading, IB Manager, PAMM, and onboarding tools (the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or in breach of applicable financial, trading, or data-protection regulations.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services without our written consent.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Infringe the rights of any third party or send fraudulent or unsolicited communications.

Paid Services are subject to the fees and billing cycle in your order or subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, non-refundable, and due in advance. We may suspend access for overdue payments after reasonable notice.

All software, designs, trademarks, and content in the Services are owned by FXCoreCRM or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you and your clients submit.

The Services connect with third parties such as payment gateways, KYC providers, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and liquidity providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and FXCoreCRM is not responsible for their availability or performance.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FXCoreCRM supplies software tools for brokers; we do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice and are not responsible for trading decisions made by you or your clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal or security risk. On termination your right to use the Services ends, while clauses that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted (see the “Last updated” date above), and continued use constitutes acceptance.
